Sponsored by the Morgridge Family Foundation
The Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) Fellowship is now accepting applications from early-to-mid-career professionals passionate about social impact. This six-month program matches nonprofit executives (MAP Mentors) with emerging leaders (MAP Fellows) to solve real-world challenges while developing professional skills, networks, and driving positive impact in the nonprofit sector.
MAP Fellows remain in their current, full-time jobs while dedicating approximately 15 hours a month (90 hours total) to the program, which runs from January to July 2025. The fellowship is primarily virtual, with key in-person events bookending the experience. It kicks off with an immersive event in Miami, Florida (January 16-19, 2025) and culminates with a presentation event in Denver, Colorado (July 22-24, 2025).
Throughout the program, fellows work on solving a specific challenge presented by their matched mentor. This project-based experience enriches the fellow’s understanding of practical challenges in the nonprofit world and equips them with actionable insights and solutions. Fellows participate in two virtual brainstorming sessions, complete a two-day site visit with their mentor, and receive public speaking coaching to prepare for their final presentation.
A unique feature of the MAP Fellowship is the $5,000 grant provided to each fellow (via their matched nonprofit) to test, explore, and further innovate their challenge solution.
