The Mercatus Center at George Mason University is currently taking applications for the 2020-2021 Adam Smith Fellowship, Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship, and Oskar Morgenstern Fellowship programs. Fellowships are awarded to graduate students pursuing studies from any university across the world and in any discipline, including economics, political science, sociology, and other social sciences and humanities. Fellows receive a stipend, attend colloquia hosted by Mercatus on key readings in political economy, and learn how to apply political economy frameworks to pressing issues in academic and public policy.
This is a one-year, competitive fellowship program for doctoral students interested in pursuing a career in academia.
