  • Bryce Harlow Fellowship: The Bryce Harlow Fellowship supports highly motivated students in pursuit of a career in professional advocacy through government relations and lobbying. Fellowships are awarded to individuals who undertake graduate-level studies on a part-time basis and work full-time. Graduate programs may include but are not limited to, public policy, law, and business. The $9,000 award will help defray tuition costs and will be paid directly to the university. Students will also receive mentoring from the foundation’s board members and career development support throughout the fellowship, which can be renewed each year of the graduate degree. / Apply by May 4, 2025

 

  • Blau-Gold Studio/Teaching Fellowship: The Root Division Blau-Gold Studio/Teaching Fellowship (BGSTF) provides free studio workspace to a teaching artist in exchange for being an integral part of Root Division’s Studios Program. In large part, Fellows work as a teaching artist in residence at one of the Youth Education partner program sites for the full school year, plan a curriculum, and develops a series of accessible, relevant, and fun projects for the students at a local school site. In exchange for 16 hours of service per month, Fellows receive free studio space, a $4,000 stipend, access to a creative and professional network, and opportunities to exhibit their artwork. / Apply by May 4, 2025

 

  • Russell Sage Foundation’s Visiting Journalists Fellowship: The Visiting Journalists Fellowship provides journalists the time and resources needed to carry out an original project focused on social, economic, or political conditions in the United States. RSF provides an environment where journalists and social scientists can interact to make journalistic work more informed and social science research more valuable and accessible to the public. Fellows receive a stipend of $8,000 per month for full-time visits of up to four months and are provided with an office at the Foundation, computers and software, library access, and limited research assistance. / Apply by May 6, 2025

 

  • Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) Postdoctoral Fellowships: HFSP postdoctoral fellowships encourage early career scientists to broaden their research skills by moving into new areas of study while working in a foreign country. Fellows may choose to stay for up to three years in the host country or use the last year of their fellowship to return to their home country or to move to another HFSPO member country. The program offers Long-Term Fellowships (LTF) for applicants with a Ph.D. in a biological discipline and Cross-Disciplinary Fellowships (CDF) for applicants with a Ph.D. from outside the life sciences (e.g. in physics, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, or computer sciences), who have had limited exposure to biology during their previous training. / Apply by May 7, 2025

 

  • TESOL Fellowships at the American University in Cairo: The American University in Cairo offers Fellowships in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) to full-time students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the TESOL program and gain language teaching experience. The program is available to all nationalities with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent, and with native or near-native English proficiency. The Fellowship is for two academic years and the intervening summer session, with a review every semester for satisfactory academic performance. The Fellowship covers tuition fees for up to nine credits per semester, stipend, student services and activities fees, and medical service and health insurance fees. Fellows will teach nine hours of English per week. / Apply by May 8, 2025

 

  • INP RISE Fellowship Program: The RISE Fellowship brings together the next generation of highly motivated, mission-driven, early-career social sector and community leaders who are passionate about social change and advancing equity. The RISE Fellowship is designed for early-career individuals looking for impactful leadership development opportunities to propel their careers. During the program, RISE Fellows gain an understanding of how mission-driven, social impact organizations function, develop essential leadership and professional skills, and engage in mentoring relationships and networking.   • Martin House Creative Residency Program: The Martin House Creative Residency Program offers a competitive, project-based opportunity for creative individuals to develop new works inspired by 20th-century architecture. Selected participants can spend 2-4 weeks onsite, with applications accepted from artists and researchers in various disciplines, including architecture, literature, music, and more. The program encourages diverse perspectives and provides a $5,000 stipend, plus up to $1,000 for travel expenses for those outside the Buffalo-Niagara region. / Apply by May 9, 2025
