The ACLU of Nebraska is expanding its capacity to develop impact litigation on systemic civil liberties and civil rights issues impacting people who are immigrants in Nebraska. The ACLU-NE seeks applicants with approximately 0-2 years of litigation experience, or experience as a judicial law clerk, for a two-year legal fellowship. The Immigration Legal Fellow will work closely with Legal & Policy Counsels and report directly to the Legal Director. This is a full-time exempt role. The salary range for this position ranges from $50,000-$70,000, depending on experience and skills. J.D. from an accredited law school.
