Graduate fellowships are monetary awards made to American Indian and Alaska Native graduate or professional full-time, degree-seeking students currently enrolled in a university. AIGC administers a Bureau of Indian Education contract to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships to eligible American Indian and Alaska Natives seeking undergraduate, graduate and professional degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The maximum amount of an undergraduate award is up to $20,000 and the maximum amount of a graduate award is up to $30,000 in an academic year.
