APHL-CDC Quality Management Fellowship

Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL)

The APHL-CDC Quality Management Fellowship trains and prepares scientists for careers in public health laboratories and supports initiatives related to quality assurance, quality control, the quality management system (and quality system essentials) and the public health laboratory system. The program provides high-quality training for the fellow and workforce capacity to the public health lab community. Potential projects include hosting an assessment through the Laboratory System Improvement Program, developing tools to support a quality system essential, and conducting a needs assessment.
