This highly ranked, three-year apprenticeship-style fully funded MFA in Creative Writing program offers small classes, intimate workshops, and one-to-one mentoring, and an outstanding faculty that has garnered national and international attention, including a Pulitzer Prize and other prestigious fellowships and awards. This Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing encourages cross-genre study, including courses outside of the creative writing program and English department. All students admitted to the MFA program are awarded a teaching assistantship that carries a three course per year load and includes a tuition waiver and health insurance in addition to the TA stipend ($24,586 per year).
