Arlen Specter Center for Public Service Research Fellowship

Arlen Specter Center

The Arlen Specter Center research fellowships aid scholars working on issues of importance in policy, legislation and history. The fellow will use the Arlen Specter Collection at the University of Pittsburgh and Jefferson University which includes extensive papers, audiovisuals, photographs and memorabilia documenting his 30-year Senatorial career. A portion of the research must originate from the collection and the fellowship is open to graduate and postgraduate students working on a project that is consistent with the Senator’s legacy. The fellowship provides a stipend of $5K. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
