The Arlen Specter Center research fellowships aid scholars working on issues of importance in policy, legislation and history.┬áThe fellow will use the Arlen Specter Collection at the University of Pittsburgh and Jefferson University which includes extensive papers, audiovisuals, photographs and memorabilia documenting his 30-year Senatorial career. A portion of the research must originate from the collection and the fellowship is open to graduate and postgraduate students working on a project that is consistent with the Senator’s legacy. The fellowship provides a stipend of $5K. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
