The Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation Fellowships in Central European Studies enable outstanding scholars to conduct research on important issues related to Central Europe at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C. Short term fellowships of up three months are available anytime between September to June. Applications are accepted anytime on a rolling basis. Each Fellow is expected to complete a research paper during the period of residence according to the terms of the assignment entered into with the Foundation.
