Breakthrough is an award-winning human rights organization recognized globally for our work to make human rights real, relevant, and urgent. Breakthrough’s paid one-year fellowships support U.S. undergraduate college students to challenge gender-based violence in college life—and build a culture where everyone can thrive. Fellowships run on an academic year calendar from September to June. Fellows commit roughly five hours per week to the program, in addition to a weekend-long orientation in early fall. Fellows will receive a stipend for their work.
