Carr Center for Human Rights Policy Fellowships

Harvard Kennedy School, CARR Center for Human Rights Policy

The Carr Center invites individuals dedicated to advancing human rights through scholarship or practice to apply for a year-long fellowship. Whether you’re a post-doc, scholar, academic on sabbatical, human rights defender, a senior leader in international organizations, or head of a human rights organization, you are encouraged to join a cohort where fellows can form valuable intellectual partnerships to support their work. Carr Center Fellows focuses on human rights issues in the world, which are very broadly defined. Applications are considered for three non-residential fellowship programs. Fellows typically have their funding through their employer or home institution or through an external grant to cover their expenses.
