Code for America’s Community Fellowship program pairs community members with local government to address inequities in service delivery. The primary purpose of the Community Fellowship program is to resource and train community members with project-related lived experience and partner them with their local government to more effectively address inequities in service delivery. Across the 9-month cohort cycle, full-time Fellows will work alongside government partners and the program team. This program seeks Fellows for roles including Developer, Designer, Product Manager, Project Manager, Activist/Community Advocate/Organizer, Artist/Storyteller, Data Science, Educator, Hacker or Researcher.
