Florida State University, based in Tallahassee, FL offers a fully funded master’s in modern languages. They offer comprehensive and high-quality MA programs in several languages. MA programs are offered in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Slavic, and East Asian Languages and Cultures. FSU’s Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics offers a wide range of scholarships and other awards to support students. Many of these are supported by the Ada Belle Winthrop-King fund. Teaching assistantships are available for up to two years for students preparing for the MA. It includes a tuition waiver covering 100% of tuition and a subsidy for health insurance.
