The Florida State University based in Tallahassee, FL offers a three years fully funded MFA in creative writing. The MFA program offers a thriving community to all writers who are looking to strengthen their craft while building life-long relationships in writing. The majority of students in the Graduate English Program receive support in the form of a teaching assistantship. Teaching assistants are provided with a stipend, a tuition waiver, and a health-insurance subsidy. MFA students receive a three-year assistantship. For 2022-23, MA/MFA stipends will be $16,400.
