Florida State University, based in Tallahassee, Florida offers a fully funded PhD in Philosophy. Graduate enrollment of about forty students and fifteen full-time faculty allows for quality student-faculty interaction as well as smaller graduate seminars. In recent years, all admitted students on both the MA track and the PhD track have been fully funded. Funding includes a tuition waiver and a stipend, as well as payment of the health insurance premium.
