The Yale University Master’s in Public Education Management (PEM) gives highly motivated, accomplished professionals the skills and broad perspective to grow as district leaders who make a real, lasting impact for students and families. This is a 14-month, tuition-free program leading to a master of management studies degree. The program is designed for early- to mid-career urban public school system leaders in the United States with extraordinary leadership potential who wish to increase their impact in key K-12 systems.
