Georgia Institute of Technology, based in Atlanta, GA offers a fully funded Master of City and Regional Planning. The MCRP program offers an optimal balance between theoretical, historical, and conceptual knowledge about urban and regional development and the acquisition of practical skills. Merit-based financial aid is given primarily through fellowships and graduate research or teaching assistantships. GTAs and GRAs both pay a stipend and waive a portion of tuition. Monthly stipend of $1,619 for master 's-level students working 20 hours per week.
