The HBCUvc Fellowship program is a 6-month training and internship program designed to help 30 – 40 underrepresented university students, recent graduate students, and early professionals land their first role in venture capital. The program offers a culturally-affirming curriculum, a competitively paid internship, and community all designed to support a future generation of investors equitably investing in Black ideas, communities, and companies. No prior experience in venture capital is required. The program is designed for graduate students and recent graduates who have an HBCU affiliation.
