At the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, you will acquire the skills, expertise, and real-world experience to transform ideas into action. The Humphrey School of Public Affairs offers six master’s degree programs Master of Development Practice, Master of Human Rights, Master of Public Affairs (Mid-Career), Master of Public Policy, Master of Science in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy; and Master of Urban and Regional Planning. Merit scholarships and non-resident tuition waivers are available to eligible applicants who apply by our priority deadlines. In addition to these general merit aid opportunities applicants can be nominated for competitive University-wide full tuition plus stipend fellowships.
