The Latino Board Fellowship identifies, supports, and places Latinos working within and outside the education sector in Massachusetts and Greater Houston onto governing boards of schools and educational nonprofit organizations. As a board member, you have an important role to play in addressing educational inequity and influencing better educational outcomes for all children. Fellows participate in comprehensive training and a rigorous cultivation process to match each Fellow with the most appropriate local organization’s governing Board of Directors. Ideal applicants live in Massachusetts and Greater Houston and possess at least 12 years of work experience. Check the website for priority deadlines.
