Oregon State University, based in Corvallis, OR offers a fully funded PhD in Public Policy. OSU offers PhD in Public Policy to graduate students interested in the study and practice of policy as applied to issues critical to Oregonians and the world, which draws on the traditional strengths and emerging signature areas of OSU. Ph.D. students can select a focus in one of seven concentrations. The Public Policy Graduate Program has been able to provide competitive Laurels Tuition Scholarships, McNair Scholarships, and Graduate Teaching/Research Assistantships for the majority of their students. All funding decisions are based on merit.
