The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP) is a prestigious and competitive two-year Public Service Fellowship Program that recruits and places, talented Liberian university graduates, into government positions. The PYPP provides a merit-based pathway for local university graduates to work in government and equips them with the tools and networks to contribute to the overall development of Liberia. Upon successful completion of the program, Fellows are absorbed into the civil service and receive a lifetime of career development support along with access to an established network of alumni who are committed to working in government post-fellowship.
