Princeton University, based in Princeton, New Jersey offers a fully funded PhD in Public Affairs. The PhD in Public Affairs is offered in two research clusters: Security Studies; and Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy (STEP). If you are accepted into one of their programs, then you are eligible for full financial support for tuition and required fees plus a generous living stipend. There is no extra essay or separate application process. All doctoral program students receive 100% of tuition and required fees support. The School offers a need-based stipend for living expenses for up to five years.
