Temple University, based in Philadelphia, PA offers a fully funded master’s in Africology and African American Studies. This MA program is informed by the African-centered/Afrocentric paradigms in relation to other perspectives in Africana studies. Students in this 30-credit master’s program can focus on several different areas. The Department offers some awards and scholarships to graduate students in the Africology and African American Studies MA program.
