It is renewable for the second year, given that you complete the first year in good academic standing. To be eligible for a Consortium membership and fellowship, you must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution, and demonstrate commitment to The Consortium’s mission. Individuals of any race or ethnicity may apply.
