The TeachStart Fellowship offers multiple pathways to jumpstart your teaching career. The Scholar pathway is a 1-year program where participants will be full-time substitutes earning a salary and benefits, participating in training, a cohort of peers, and receiving paid holidays. The other pathways are Sholar+ and paraprofessional. Fellows inspire the next generation as active contributors in their local community while exploring a substitute teaching career with a variety of partner schools. Current locations include Greater Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area.
