The University of Georgia, based in Athens, GA offers a fully funded master’s in Statistics. The Master’s program is quite flexible with plenty of elective courses to suit a myriad of needs. The Master’s degree is earned by completing 33 credit hours. Many of the graduate students in the Department of Statistics receive some form of financial support. Typically, 35-40 students per semester receive full support. The majority of students are supported by Teaching Assistantships (TAs). MS students are typically supported for 2 years. Summer support is available but is not guaranteed for everyone.
