The University of Michigan-Dearborn, based in Dearborn, MI offers a fully funded PhD in Computer and Information Science (CECS). The PhD program offers data management, data science, systems and security, and software engineering concentrations. All Ph.D. students receive guaranteed full funding for up to five years based on continued good academic standing and adequate progress toward the Ph.D. degree.
