Leadership Longevity Fellowship
This fellowship is designed to address critical workforce shortages and retention challenges in the social impact sector, with a focus on leadership development, well-being, and creating lasting change. If you’re a mid-career professional with at least 5 years of full-time experience in a mission-driven organization, this opportunity is for you!
- Applicants are employed full-time at a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, government, social, or 5 environmental purpose for-profit entity.
- Applicants are mid-career, holding a mid-to-senior level position where they lead others and/or are responsible for administering a program or initiative.
Mira Fellowship
Each year, the Mira Fellowship accepts a small cohort from across the globe to create compassionate, actionable visions for our future. Mid-career professionals are given six months to rethink the world’s most pressing issues and develop actionable plans for change. Fellows receive a creator toolbox, summits, coaching, cohort collaboration, exclusive access to Mira micro-grants to develop alternative perspectives and immerse in their work, and continuing opportunities to network and engage with our alumni and community networks.

Shanti Bhavan Music Fellowship
The Shanti Bhavan Music Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to empower children from India’s lowest socioeconomic class, helping them break the cycle of generational poverty through education, leadership, and compassion. As a Music Fellow, you’ll provide comprehensive music education to over 200 children aged 4-18, fostering their musical talents and supporting personal growth.

Luce Scholars Program
The Luce Scholars Program is a 13-month leadership development experience for young Americans who have limited exposure to Asia. Designed to deepen understanding and forge meaningful connections, the Program combines language training, cultural immersion, and a full-time professional placement aligned with your interests. Scholars receive a generous stipend to cover living expenses paid monthly by the Luce Foundation.
