The Aspire Leaders Program, a free leadership development for low-income, first-generation college students founded by Harvard faculty, provides professional development workshops, a global network of peers and world-class educators, and the chance to apply for financial awards to drive change in your communities. Applicants who are 18-29 years old, enrolled in college or recently graduated, low-income, and first-generation to go to university are eligible to apply. The program is 14 weeks long with an average commitment of 5 hours/week and offers three cohorts per year.
