The CLDP Summer Program places you in a coveted Capitol Hill internship position. All CLDP fellows participate in a 10-week internship/fellowship program with a Congressional office that can include Members of Congress in the House or Senate, Committees, and Caucuses. CLDP fellows will participate in a substantive curriculum advancing their knowledge of various policy issues. Eligible applicants are Muslim undergraduate and graduate students or recent graduates. The CLDP program strives to both prepare and empower the next generation of Muslim leaders. CLDP provides every fellow with a $3,000 stipend and free housing for the duration of the program. Fellows can expect to live in a metro-accessible area of Washington D.C. Housing will be dorm-style with roommate pairings.
