Cornell University based in Ithaca, New York offers a fully funded PhD in Food Science and Technology. The Program offers PhD degrees in Food Science with the following concentrations: Food Science, Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Engineering, Food Toxicology, Dairy Science, Food Processing Waste Technology, International Food Science, Sensory Evaluation, and Enology. All Ph.D. candidates admitted to the program must be fully funded by either (i) a department assistantship and/or faculty research funds, or (ii) an outside fellowship.
