The ROMBA LGBTQ+ Fellowship is a joint effort between prominent business school programs and Reaching Out to develop the out LGBTQ+ business leaders of tomorrow. Each Fellow receives a minimum $20,000 scholarship and access to exclusive leadership programming, including a retreat to kick off the Fellowship. Many business schools are participating in this scholarship and are responsible for identifying and selecting the Reaching Out LGBTQ Fellows. Eligible applicants must indicate interest in the fellowship in their business school application through a demonstration of LGBTQ leadership roles on their resume and self-identify as LGBTQ. Application deadlines are the same as the MBA program at the school of interest.
