The WKKF Community Leadership Network equips leaders with the skills they need to meet the challenges of the modern world. This 18-month program offers hands-on training, personalized coaching, community-based support, and practical experience. Through this fellowship unite with a diverse group of leaders from across the U.S. and learn from each other. Fellows are organized in cohorts based in Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, and New Orleans – the Kellogg Foundation’s priority places – along with a national cohort. Upon graduation, fellows join a powerful network of peers leading transformative change in their communities.
