Harvard University, based in Boston, Massachusetts offers a fully funded PhD in Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics (BIG). The BIG program offers interdisciplinary PhD training aimed at producing leading researchers in these areas. Most of our students come with a very strong background in a quantitative field as well as significant experience in molecular biology and genetics. All students receive full tuition and stipend support while they are enrolled and making satisfactory progress toward the Ph.D. degree. For the 2021-2022 academic year, the stipend support is $42,660 or $3,555 per month.
