The University of Texas at Arlington offers a fully funded master’s in Spanish or French. A 36-hour degree, designed to enhance students’ competence in the French or Spanish language and knowledge of the literature and culture of the French-speaking or Spanish-speaking world. The Department of Modern Languages has graduate teaching assistantships available for graduate students in French and Spanish. Provides teaching assistantships (GTA I) for students who have not completed 18 graduate hours, after completing 18 graduate hours, they can become a Graduate Teaching Assistant II and receive a larger stipend.
