The University of Washington, based in Seattle, WA offers a fully funded PhD in Business Administration. The PhD Program in Business Administration is a research-based program designed to train scholars who will be knowledgeable about new developments on the frontiers of their discipline. The School’s goal is to provide financial support for at least four years for all doctoral students who make satisfactory progress toward the completion of the degree and maintain a high standard of performance in their assignments.
