AIDA-CS Fund Human Rights and the Environment Fellowship for Latin American Lawyers

Inter-American Association for Environmental Defense (AIDA)

The Inter-American Association for Environmental Defense (AIDA), with sponsorship from the CS Fund, is offering a one-year, fully funded fellowship to work primarily on human rights and environment issues with AIDA. The fellowship is open to any Latin American lawyer who has a clear commitment to public interest work in the field of human rights and the environment, has demonstrated excellence in his or her professional and academic career, and plans to work in Latin America or the Caribbean after completing the fellowship. The fellow would have the opportunity to work up to half of the time from AIDA’s Oakland, California office, and the rest of the time from our Mexico City office. The fellowship covers travel expenses and includes a stipend.
