NORAM scholarships provide financial support for Americans to study or conduct research in areas of mutual importance to Norway and the United States to strengthen the ties of friendship between the two countries. Every year, NORAM offers up to 10 scholarships ranging from $1,500 – $5,000 to American students, based on merit and need. The size of the individual grants depends on the research subject, purpose, and the intended length of stay in Norway. Candidates must be American citizens, planning to study/currently studying in Norway.
