Principal Ambassador Fellowship

U.S. Department of Education

The Principal Ambassador Fellowship (PAF) program provides two separate year-long paid positions: the Washington Fellowship, which is a full-time “principal in residence” appointment based at the U.S. Department of Education’s Headquarters in Washington, DC, and the Campus Fellowship which enables principals to participate on a part-time basis for the Department, in addition to their primary school responsibilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a principal. The program is open to principals from traditional public, charter, virtual, military, tribal, and private schools and early childhood programs in urban, suburban, or rural settings across the United States.
