Washington State University, based in Pullman, WA offers fully funded Master’s in History. Specialized areas of study within the Department of History include the United States, early modern Europe, modern Europe, modern East Asia, environment, women, public, world, and American studies. Normally teaching appointments are for one year and are renewable competitively, if funds are available, on the basis of academic quality and satisfactory performance.
