Case Western Reserve University, based in Cleveland, Ohio offers a fully funded master’s in Music Education. The MA in Music Education helps prepare students for music leadership positions at a time when music teaching and learning – both in and out of the schools – is undergoing great change. The music education program has significant funding for tuition waivers and graduate assistantships. Graduate assistants support many areas of the music education program, including ensembles (bands, choirs, orchestras), initiatives in research and music technology, and undergraduate music education courses.
