Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Fellowships

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation offers a 20-month program in Washington, DC which offers fellows the opportunity to work with congressional members and committees, attend leadership development seminars, complete community service projects and produce policy papers. After mastering these aspects, fellows transition to a congressional committee and learn about the legislative process. The CBCF offers four fellowship programs: the Congressional Fellowship, the Congressional Fellowship on Women in Health Sciences Leadership, the Donald M. Payne Foreign Policy Fellowship, and the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Fellowship. Fellows are paid an annual salary plus benefits.
