The Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard-Foundation for the Promotion of Science and Research supports talented young women with children. It aims to enable them to create the freedom and mobility required to further their scientific careers. Eligible to apply are graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the fields of experimental natural sciences and medicine from all nationalities, who are conducting their research at a university or research institute in Germany, as well as postdoctoral fellows who have obtained their doctoral degree at a German university and continue their research abroad. Each year, the Bayer Foundation donates 20,000 € to support two exceptional young women.
