Horseshoe Farm Community Health Fellowship

Horseshoe Farm

Horseshoe Farm created a one-year educational grant-supported Community Health Fellowship for top recent college graduates. Fellows live together in housing provided by Horseshoe Farm as they work together on teams with other outstanding Fellows and Interns. They volunteer in a range of programs that provide relationship-based support to children, adults living with mental illness, seniors, and other vulnerable individuals. Through this rigorous, intensive, and immersive year of volunteer service and learning, Fellows deepen their understanding of the intricate relational and humanistic aspects of service. Horseshoe Farm provides shared housing and utilities free of charge to Fellows and transportation reimbursement. You do not need to be a U.S. Citizen to apply for the fellowship, but the organization will not be able to sponsor an applicant’s visa.
