The National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC) offers a 10-month compensated MBA Fellowship Program, designed to introduce diverse second-year MBA students to the universe of diverse-owned alternative investment firms. The MBA Fellowship is virtual and accepts applicants from all over the United States. The Fellows are required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week on NAIC assignments. Fellows are compensated at a monthly rate of $3,000, or a total program stipend of $30,000. The Fellowships are all remote positions and travel is only required for occasional NAIC meetings. Travel expenses will be covered by NAIC. The Program runs from early September through the end of June.
