Neighborhood 360° Fellows help community-based organizations complete commercial revitalization projects and connect local stakeholders to City resources. The fellows are paid, full-time community development professionals, community organizers, or planners. Fellows will receive a salary of $33,000 over the course of the 10-month fellowship and also receive benefits. Applicants must be New York residents and will work on different projects including: business attraction/retention, merchant organizing and placemaking.
