Saga Math Fellowship

Saga Education

Saga Education supports historically under-served young people by providing personalized and consistent math tutorials led by professionally trained AmeriCorps members who supplement teacher instruction. The organization partners with public school districts to provide this service at no cost to students. Saga Fellows serve virtually in New York City and in person in Charleston, SC. Through daily tutoring sessions with a small number of students, Fellows deliver high-quality, personalized instruction that helps young people thrive. Fellows receive approximately $26,000 – $30,000 per service year depending on location. Applicants must have earned an associate’s degree, or higher, prior to their start date.
