Tulane University, based in New Orleans, LA offers a fully funded Master’s in Latin American Studies. The design of the MA curriculum in Latin American Studies is dependent upon the student’s particular research interests. All qualified applicants are welcome interested in pursuing interdisciplinary research in Latin American Studies. The School of Liberal Arts and the Stone Center grant financial support for four continuous semesters for thesis students and three continuous semesters for non-thesis option students. Fellowships/Scholarships generally include a tuition waiver and a modest living stipend, and Fellowship/Scholarship decisions are made at the same time as admissions decisions. M.A. Students must serve for 6 hours per week as a Research and Project Associate.
