The Military Fellowship Programs (MFP), in partnership with DoD SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes, is an innovative approach between UnitedHealth Group, all branches of the U.S. Military, and eligible military spouses. Fellowship Objectives
are skill training in 1 of 33 job families, transferring knowledge through hands-on experience, becoming part of the UnitedHealth Group culture, and exploring healthcare industry career pathways to inform your future career decisions. The program is open to all qualified transitioning active-duty service members, both officers and enlisted, of any rank and any branch, and military spouses.
